Made in the Institute of Physics NCU optical coherence microscopy (OCM) setup provides 3D reconstructions based on the intrinsic contrast of backscattered coherent light. It consists of an inverted microscope (Eclipse Ti-E, Nikon) equipped with an environmental chamber (OkoLab), a supercontinuum light source (SuperK EXTREME EXW-4, NKT Photonics), two Nikon Plan Fluor 20× objectives, a line-scan CMOS camera (Basler Sprint spL2048-140km), a high-bandwidth frame grabber (PCIe-1433, NI), and galvanometric scanners (8320K, Cambridge Technology).
