Agnieszka Walewska Received a SONATA 21 Grant from the National Science Centre!

Huge congratulations to Agnieszka Walewska, PhD, who has just received a SONATA 21 grant from the National Science Centre!!!

Agnieszka Walewska, PhD, will be pursuing a project entitled ‘The Role of the Mechanosensitive Ion Channel PIEZO1 in Pre- and Peri-Implantation Development of the Mouse Embryo’, worth PLN 1,597,224.

The research will be conducted in collaboration with Piotr Koprowski, PhD, DSc, from the Laboratory of Intracellular Ion Channels at the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology, Polish Academy of Sciences.
